Criminal Law

Criminal Law

My favorite subject next to Constitutional Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law is a fascinating combination of common-law and statutory rules about criminal culpability. This course is actually one of the easier ones for most people to understand. Criminal Law is heavily element-driven, meaning that most crimes have some fixed number of elements that the prosecution must establish beyond a reasonable doubt to hold someone criminally liable. This course may take some memorization, but you will be able to get a firm grasp on the crimes, defenses, and theories of liability with my case briefs and outlines.
